高龄股骨颈骨折护理中舒适护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Nursing of Elderly Femoral Neck Fractures

目的探析对高龄高龄股骨颈骨折患者采取舒适护理的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2016年3月—2019年3月到该院进行治疗的高龄股骨颈骨折患者98例作为观察对象,按随机数字方式分组成为对照组和观察组,各49例。两组患者均行人工股骨头置换术,对照组按常规护理措施,观察组按舒适护理措施,对比两组护理前后不良情绪评分、并发症发生率。结果干预前,两组患者焦虑与抑郁评估得分差异无统计学意义(t=0.865,0.350,P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SAS与SDS评估得分低于对照组(t=5.346,9.107,P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率2.04%,明显比对照组的14.39%更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.103,P<0.05)。结论高龄股骨颈骨折患者进行人工股骨头置换术,给予患者舒适护理措施,可有效改善患者负性情绪,提高其治疗依从性,减少术后并发症发生率,预后效果更佳。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of comfortable nursing for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who were treated in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were convenient selected as observation objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 49 cases.Both groups of patients underwent artificial femoral head replacement.The control group was treated with conventional nursing measures and the observation group was treated with comfort nursing measures.The adverse mood scores and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups of patients,and there was no statistical significance(t=0.865,0.350,P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=5.346,9.107,respectively,P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 2.04%,which was significantly lower than the control group's 14.39%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.103,P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures and comfortable nursing measures can effectively improve patients'negative emotions,improve their compliance with treatment,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and have better prognostic effects,which is worth promotion in clinic.
