泌尿外科护理中应用人性化护患沟通技巧的效果

Effect of Applying Humanized Nurse-patient Communication Skills in Urological Nursing

目的探究泌尿外科护理中应用人性化护患沟通技巧的效果。方法便利选取该院70例泌尿外科患者为研究对象,选取的时间范围为2018年3月—2019年2月,分为对照组和研究组,每组35例患者,对照组患者技进行常规的泌尿外科护理,研究组患者进行人性化的护患沟通技巧。观察两组患者的护理满意度、并发症发生率和护理前后患者的生活质量比较。结果研究结果过显示,研究组患者的护理满意度(97.14%)明显高于对照组(74.28%)(χ^2=21.333,P=0.000);护理后,研究组患者的并发症发生率(14.28%)明显低于对照组(51.43%)(χ^2=31.280,P=0.000);护理后,两组患者的生活质量都有所提高,但是研究组患者的生活质量明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科患者进行人性化的护患沟通技巧可以帮助提高患者的护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of applying humane nurse-patient communication skills in urological nursing.Methods A total of 70 urological patients in the hospital were convenient selected as the research object.The time range was from March 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into control group and study group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group adopted surgical nursing,and the study group with humanized nurse-to-patient communication skills.Observe the nursing satisfaction,the incidence of complications and the quality of life of patients before and after nursing in the two groups.Results The results of the study showed that the satisfaction degree of care of the patients in the study group(97.14%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.28%)(χ^2=21.333,P=0.000).After nursing,the incidence of complications in the study group patients(14.28%)Significantly lower than the control group(51.43%)(χ^2=31.280,P=0.000);after nursing,the quality of life of the two groups of patients have improved,but the quality of life of the patients in the study group is significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized patient-patient communication skills for urological patients can help improve patient satisfaction,reduce complications,and improve patients'quality of life.
