脊髓损伤患者应用综合康复护理的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的对实施综合康复护理对脊髓损伤患者的效果进行分析。方法方便选择该院收治的60例脊髓损伤患者作为该次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2017年1月—2018年12月,按照患者的就诊日期单双数将其划分为传统护理组和综合康复护理组,每组30例。传统护理组应用传统护理模式进行护理,综合康复护理组应用综合康复护理模式进行护理,分析并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果在SAS评分和SDS评分指标方面,传统护理组和综合康复护理组在护理之前比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.355、0.238,P>0.05)。护理之后,传统护理组的SAS评分为(60.7±2.4)分,SDS评分为(56.4±3.6)分,综合康复护理组的SAS评分为(43.6±2.2)分,SDS评分为(41.4±4.1)分,综合康复护理组明显优于传统护理组(t=3.271、3.856,P<0.05)。传统护理组的FIM评分为(38.4±6.6)分,Barthel指数为(30.5±9.1)分,综合康复护理组的FIM评分为(76.1±5.3)分,Barthel指数为(59.6±7.2)分,综合康复护理组明显优于传统护理组(t=3.427、4.033,P<0.05)。结论采用综合康复护理的方式对脊髓损伤患者进行护理具有很好的效果,能够促进患者的康复,并且有效缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提升患者的日常生活能力。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on patients with spinal cord injury.Methods 60 patients with spinal cord injury treated in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The period of time was from January 2017 to December 2018,and the patients were divided into traditional nursing group and comprehensive according to the number of patients visiting the hospital.There were 30 cases in each group.The traditional nursing group applied traditional nursing mode for nursing,the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group applied comprehensive nursing mode for nursing,and analyzed and compared the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results In terms of SAS scores and SDS scores,there was no significant difference between traditional nursing group and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group before nursing(t=0.355,0.238,P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score of the traditional nursing group was(60.7±2.4)points,the SDS score was(56.4±3.6)points,the SAS score of the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was(43.6±2.2)points,and the SDS score was(41.4±4.1)points,the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was significantly better than the traditional nursing group(t=3.271,3.856,P<0.05).The FIM score of the traditional nursing group was(38.4±6.6)points,the Barthel index was(30.5±9.1)points,the FIM score of the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing group was(76.1±5.3)points,and the Barthel index was(59.6±7.2)points.The rehabilitation nursing group was significantly better than the traditional nursing group(t=3.427,4.033,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing method has a very good effect on the nursing of patients with spinal cord injury.It can promote the rehabilitation of patients,effectively relieve the patients'anxiety and depression,and improve their daily living ability.
