抗核抗体谱联合抗核抗体在自身免疫性疾病诊断中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察分析抗核抗体谱联合抗核抗体在自身免疫性疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院在2016年1月-2019年3月收治的110例自身免疫性疾病患者作为实验组,再选取同期该院搜集的43名健康体检者一般资料作为对照组,两组研究对象均进行核抗体谱(采用免疫印迹法)联合抗核抗体(采用间接荧光免疫法)检测。结果系统性红斑狼疮抗核抗体阳性检出率为93.6%(44/47)、混合性结缔组织病抗核抗体阳性检出率为60.0%(6/10)、干燥综合征者抗核抗体阳性检出率为62.5%(5/8)、类风湿性关节炎抗核抗体阳性检出率为21.2%(7/33)、特发性血小板减少性紫癜抗核抗体阳性检出率为37.5%(3/8)、系统性硬化病抗核抗体阳性检出率为33.3%(1/3),系统性红斑狼疮阳性检出率显著高于其他疾病阳性检出率,对照组抗核抗体检出率为0.0%(0/43),数据比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1.556,P<0.05)。结论抗核抗体谱联合抗核抗体在自身免疫性疾病诊断中的应用效果显著。 Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of anti-nuclear antibody spectrum combined with antinuclear antibody in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. Methods 110 patients with autoimmune diseases admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were convenient selected as the experimental group, and 43 healthy persons collected in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The nuclear antibody spectrum(using immunoblotting) and anti-nuclear antibody(using indirect fluorescence immunoassay) were tested in both groups. Results The positive rate of anti-nuclear antibody in systemic lupus erythematosus was 93.6%(44/47), mixed connective tissue disease was 60.0%(6/10), sjogren’s syndrome was 62.5%(5/8), rheumatoid arthritis was 21.2%(7/33), idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura was 37.5%(3/8) and 33.3%(1/3) of the patients with systemic sclerosis were positive for anti-nuclear antibodies.The positive rate of systemic lupus erythematosus was significantly higher than that of other diseases. The positive rate of anti-nuclear antibodies in the control group was 0.0%(0/43), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=1.556,P<0.05). The application effect is remarkable. Conclusion The application of antinuclear antibody spectrum combined with antinuclear antibody in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases is significant.
