多磺酸粘多糖乳膏修复面部脂溢性皮炎皮肤屏障的临床探讨

Clinical Discussion of Polysulfonic Acid Mucopolysaccharide Cream in Repairing Skin Barrier of Facial Seborrheic Dermatitis

目的多磺酸粘多糖乳膏修复面部脂溢性皮炎皮肤屏障的临床治疗效果,并对其应用价值进行评估。方法该次研究中的观察对象均方便选自2017年9月-2019年8月期间在该院接受治疗的面部脂溢性皮炎患者,共抽选96例,所有患者经单盲分组法被分为两组,参照组应用他克莫司软膏对患者施以治疗,试验组在参照组方法的基础上增加多磺酸粘多糖乳膏对患者施以治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、和皮肤生理指标。结果试验组患者的临床治疗有效率为95.8%,明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.031,P=0.025);试验组患者表皮水分丢失量(10.72±3.29)%、角质层含水量(42.73±9.99)%以及表皮皮脂含量(119.92±9.21)%方面的数据,与参照组患者相比较均存在显著的优势(t=3.284,P=0.001;t=3.054,P=0.003;t=2.700,P=0.008)。结论面部脂溢性皮炎患者应用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗方式,可有效改善患者面部皮肤生理指标,显著提升皮肤屏障功能,对于促进患者康复具有重要作用,值得大力推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream on skin barrier of facial seborrheic dermatitis and evaluate its application value. Methods The subjects in this study were convenient selected from patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis who were treated in the hospital from September 2017 to August 2019. A total of 96 patients were selected. All patients were assigned by single blind grouping. For the two groups,the reference group applied tacrolimus ointment to treat the patients. The experimental group added the polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream to the patients based on the reference group method, and compared the clinical treatment effects of the two groups. And skin physiological indicators. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.8%,significantly higher than that of the control group(χ~2=5.031, P=0.025). The experimental group had significant advantages over the control group in terms of epidermal water loss(10.72 ±3.29) %, cuticular water content(42.73 ±9.99) % and epidermal sebum content(119.92±9.21) %,(t=3.284,P=0.001, t=3.054, P=0.003;t=2.700, P=0.008). Conclusion The treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis with polysulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream can effectively improve the facial skin physiological indexes and significantly improve the skin barrier function. It plays an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients and it is worth promoting.
