术前等候间手术患者焦虑状态及因素分析

Analysis of the Influence of the Waiting Room Operation in Patients with Anxiety before Operation

目的探讨术前等候间手术患者焦虑状态及影响因素。方法方便选择2017年4月-2018年6月术前等候间手术患者150例作为对象,入组患者均采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对术前等候间手术患者情况进行评定;采用医院自拟调查表对患者性别、年龄、职业、教育程度、医疗费用支付方式、家庭收入进行调查,并且对上述因素进行影响单因素及多因素Logistic分析。结果 150例患者均完成SDS测评,67例患者伴有焦虑,发生率为44.67%。单因素及多因素Logistic分析结果表明:术前等候间手术患者焦虑发生率与年龄、职业的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前等候间手术患者焦虑发生率与性别、教育程度、医疗费用支付方式、家庭收入的相关性有统计学意义(χ~2=7.321、7.893、4.346、6.893,P<0.05)。结论术前等候间手术患者焦虑发生率较高,且受到的影响因素相对较多,应根据危险因素制定有效的措施进行干预,提高手术成功率。

Objective To explore the anxiety state and its influencing factors of patients waiting for operation before operation. Methods 150 patients were convenient selected from April 2017 to June 2018. All patients were assessed by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS). The patients’ gender, age, occupation, education level, payment method of medical expenses and family income were assessed by self-designed questionnaire. The factors mentioned above were analyzed by Logistic analysis of single and multiple factors. Results All the 150 patients completed SDS evaluation, and 67 patients were accompanied by anxiety, with an incidence of 44.67%. Univariate and multivariate Logistic analysis showed that there was no statistically significant correlation in the incidence of anxiety, age and occupation among patients waiting for surgery before surgery(P >0.05). The incidence of anxiety was statistically significantly correlated with gender, education level,medical expenses, and family income(χ~2=7.321, 7.893, 4.346, 6.893, P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of anxiety in patients waiting for operation before operation is high, and there are many influencing factors. Effective interventions should be made according to risk factors to improve the success rate of operation.
