综合护理干预对泌尿外科术后并发症患者预后的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Prognosis of Patients with Postoperative Complications of Urology

目的对于泌尿外科术后并发症采取综合护理干预的应用效果进行探讨。方法便利选取该院2018年3月-2019年3月接诊的泌尿外科术后患者88例开展分析,通过随机数字表法对所选泌尿外科术后患者加以分组,给予其中44例泌尿外科术后患者常规护理措施,作为对照组,给予剩余44例泌尿外科术后患者综合护理干预措施,作为研究组,对比两组泌尿外科术后患者接受不同护理服务之后的临床护理效果以及住院时间。结果研究组护理满意度97.7%,对照组为72.7%,两组泌尿外科术后患者接受各自护理措施之后,对于临床护理工作满意度对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.920,P<0.05);研究组患者住院时间为(5.6±1.9)d,对照组为(7.3±2.4)d,两组泌尿外科术后患者住院时间对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.155,P<0.05)。结论临床中对于泌尿外科术后产生并发症患者,提供综合护理干预措施效果理想,能够显著提高泌尿外科术后患者对于临床护理工作满意度,降低住院时间,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for postoperative complications of urology. Methods Eighty-eight patients with urologic surgery who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were Convenient selected for analysis. The selected urological patients were grouped by random number table, and 44 of them were treated with urology. As a control group, the patient’s routine nursing measures were given to the remaining 44 patients who underwent comprehensive nursing interventions for urologic surgery. As a study group, the clinical nursing effect and hospitalization time of the two groups of urologic patients after receiving different nursing services were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 97.7%, and that of the control group was 72.7%. There was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of clinical nursing work between the two groups after urological surgery(χ~2=10.920, P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the study group was(5.6±1.9) d, and that of the control group was(7.3±2.4) d. There was a statistically significant difference in the hospitalization time between the two groups(t=3.155, P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, it is effective to provide comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with complications after urology. It can significantly improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing work and reduce the length of hospital stay after urology surgery. It should be promoted and applied.
