摘要
我国大部分火电厂在对脱硝还原剂进行改造时,使用尿素水解制氨法来代替液氨法,水解反应产出的产品气在一定的温度下会发生水蒸气回凝和逆反应结晶。结合现有的工程实施情况,从多方面对产品气温度较低的问题进行分析,得出结论。后续工程中可借鉴这些经验,以避免类似的问题发生。
In the modification of reductant for denitration, most domestic thermal power plants use the urea hydrolysis process instead of the liquid ammonia process to produce ammonia. At a certain temperature, the product gas produced by the hydrolysis reaction may undergo water vapor condensation and crystallization in reverse reaction. Based on the existing project implementation, this paper analyzed the low temperature of the product gas from various aspects and came to a conclusion. The subsequent projects can draw lessons from the experience and prevent similar problems from happening again.
