介入病房临时改造为感染病房的新型冠状病毒感染管理与实践

The management and practice against novel coronavirus infection in the temporary infection ward reformed from original interventional ward

新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)主要通过呼吸道飞沫和密切接触传播,可经人与人传播,人群普遍易感,随着感染病例的不断增加,参与新型冠状病毒肺炎患者救治的医务人员存在较大的医院内交叉感染风险。因此,采取适当的医院感染防控措施对有效预防院内感染十分重要。该文总结了介入病房临时改造的感染病房在抗击新型冠状病毒中的感染防控策略,涉及病区结构、人员培训、消毒隔离制度和工作流程等方面,实现了医务人员零感染,可为其他隔离病房的感染管理工作提供参考。

The novel coronavirus(COVID-19) is transmitted mainly through respiratory tract by spray droplets and close contact. It can spread from person to person, and the common population is generally susceptible to this novel coronavirus.With the increasing of the number of infected patients, the inhospital cross-infection risk becomes much higher for the medical staff who are involving in the treatment of COVID-19 patients.Therefore,it is very important to take effective measures to prevent COVID-19 infectionin order to prevent the in-hospital cross-infection. This article summarizes the prevention and control strategy against COVID-19 in the temporary infection ward reformed from original interventional ward, focusing on the layout of the temporary infection ward, the training of medical staff, the disinfection and isolation regulations, the working flow, etc. After carrying out the above measures, the medical staff working in such ward can achieve the effect of zero infection, which can provide reference for the management of infection in other isolation wards.
