摘要
介绍了利用不同的水洗方式,在保证系统水平衡的情况下,降低盐泥中氯离子的含量,将盐泥用于生产水泥,进而实现盐泥的综合利用。实验结果表明:常规水洗、固液比为1∶2且洗涤一两次为最佳水洗方案;洗涤后盐泥生产出的水泥成品,其氯离子含量均能达到水泥技术标准中对氯离子的要求。
Various water washing methods were used to reduce the content of chloride ions in the salt mud under the system of water balance,and the salt mud would be used to produce cement to further improve the comprehensive utilization. The results exhibited that the optimum washing scheme was obtained within the conventional washing way,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶2 and washing times between 1 and 2. The content of chloride ions in the cement products generated by washing salt mud could meet the requirements of the cement technical standard.
