呼吸科护士对糖尿病患者饮食健康教育的现状分析与对策 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究呼吸科护士对糖尿病患者饮食健康教育的现状进行分析,并制定应对措施,强化糖尿病患者饮食健康教育的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月-2019年8月在该院呼吸科治疗的伴有糖尿病的84例患者为研究对象,对该科室糖尿病患者饮食健康教育的现状进行分析,并总结制定糖尿病饮食健康教育护理对策,比较对策实施前后患者护理满意度和健康知识的了解情况、饮食的控制情况以及患者血液糖代谢指标和BIM指标。结果对策实施后患者护理满意度为94.0%明显高于实施前,健康知识的了解情况、饮食控制情况明显优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.200,P<0.05);且实施后患者FBG、CH、HbAlc、BMI指标分别为(5.7±1.2)mmol/L、(5.1±0.7)mmol/L、(5.9±1.5)mmol/L、(23.0±1.7)kg/m^2明显优于对照组差异有统计学意义(t=23.568、50.019、4.149、4.944,P<0.05)。结论呼吸科护士加强对糖尿病患者在饮食上的健康教育可增强患者对健康知识的了解程度,增强患者饮食控制依从性,有助于将患者血糖指标控制在合理范围。 Objective To explore the status of dietary health education for diabetic patients by respiratory nurses, and develop countermeasures to strengthen the effect of dietary health education for diabetic patients. Methods A total of 84 patients with diabetes who were treated in the respiratory department of the hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects. The status of dietary health education for diabetic patients in this department was analyzed, and diabetes dietary health education and nursing were summarized. The countermeasures were compared before and after the implementation of the countermeasures with regard to patient satisfaction and health knowledge, diet control,and blood glucose metabolism and BIM indicators. Results After the implementation of the countermeasures, the satisfaction degree of patient care was 94.0%, which was significantly higher than before the implementation. The understanding of health knowledge and diet control were significantly better than before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=36.200,P<0.05);and the patients’ FBG, CH, and HbAlc and BMI indexes were(5.7±1.2)mmol/L,(5.1±0.7)mmol/L,(5.9±1.5)mmol/L, and(23.0±1.7)kg/m^2, which were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=23.568,50.019, 4.149, 34.945,P<0.05). Conclusion Respiratory nurses strengthen their dietary health education for patients with diabetes to increase their knowledge of health knowledge and compliance with dietary control, and help to control patients’ blood glucose indicators within a reasonable range.
