2型糖尿病合并甲状腺亢进症患者的饮食护理体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病合并甲状腺亢进症患者的护理方式。方法囊括该院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的2型糖尿病合并甲状腺亢进症患者68例,依据双盲法将患者分为实验组与参照组,各34例,两组患者均施以常规护理及基础治疗,实验组加以饮食护理,就两组患者护理效果进行比对。结果实验组患者护理后FBG、2 hPG水平下降趋势更大,且不良反应发生几率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取合理的饮食护理,制定科学的护理计划,可有效帮助2型糖尿病合并甲状腺亢进患者稳定病情,改善预后状况。 Objective To analyze the nursing styles of patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperthyroidism. Methods 68 patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were included. The patients were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the double-blind method,with 34 patients in each group. For routine care and basic treatment, the experimental group was given dietary care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The FBG and 2 hPG levels in the experimental group showed a greater downward trend after nursing, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower. Conclusion Taking reasonable diet nursing and formulating a scientific nursing plan can effectively help patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperthyroidism to stabilize their condition and improve their prognosis.
