手术室围手术期护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产中的应用

Application of Perioperative Nursing in Operating Room in Cesarean Section of Gestational Diabetic Patients

目的探讨手术室围手术期护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产中的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月—2019年5月在该院接受剖宫产的妊娠期糖尿病患者共65例分为两组,基础组实施基础护理,研究组实施手术室围手术期护理,比较两组的应用价值。结果研究组的空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖值(2 hPG)均显著低于基础组(t=5.187、6.064,P=0.000、0.000),且并发症发生率显著低于基础组(χ2=4.178,P=0.041),护理满意度显著高于基础组(χ2=4.396,P=0.036)。结论手术室围手术期护理在妊娠期糖尿病患者剖宫产中的效果肯定。

Objective To explore the application value of perioperative nursing in operating room in cesarean section of gestational diabetes patients.Methods A total of 65 patients with gestational diabetes who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 were divided into two groups.The basic group received basic nursing care,and the research group received perioperative nursing care in the operating room.Application value of the two groups were compared.Results Fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the basic group(t=5.187,6.064,P=0.000,0.000),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the basic group(χ2=4.178,P=0.041),nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the basic group(χ2=4.396,P=0.036).Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing in the operating room on cesarean section in gestational diabetic patients is certain.
