妊娠期糖尿病产前护理干预对患者并发症的影响评价

Impact of Antenatal Nursing Intervention on Gestational Diabetes on Patients' Complications

目的研究妊娠期糖尿病产前护理干预对患者并发症的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年1—12月期间该院接收的妊娠期糖尿病患者76例分为两组,对照组38例实施常规护理,观察组38例采取产前护理干预。将两组的血糖水平、分娩方式、产妇并发症进行比对。结果观察组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组(t=11.354、5.975,P=0.001、0.001),围生期并发症发生率、剖宫产率低于对照组(χ2=8.610、6.176、6.514、5.029、10.431,P=0.003、0.013、0.011、0.025、0.001)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者加强产前护理干预有助于提高血糖控制效果,可降低产妇并发症发生率,优化妊娠结局。

Objective To study the effect of antenatal nursing intervention on complication in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods According to the random number table method,76 cases of gestational diabetes patients received in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into two groups,38 cases in the control group received routine care,and 38 cases in the observation group received prenatal care intervention.The blood glucose levels,delivery methods,and maternal complications were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=11.354,5.975,P=0.001,0.001),perinatal complications and cesarean section rates were lower than those in the control group(χ^2=8.610,6.176,6.514,5.029,10.431,P=0.003,0.013,0.011,0.025,0.001).Conclusion Strengthening prenatal care interventions for gestational diabetes patients can help improve blood glucose control,reduce maternal complications,and optimize pregnancy outcomes.
