责任制整体护理在COPD并糖尿病护理中应用价值

Application Value of Responsibility-based Holistic Nursing in COPD and Diabetes Care

目的对在慢阻肺合并糖尿病的临床护理中应用责任制整体护理的效果进行观察。方法选择该院收治的慢阻肺合并糖尿病患者90例作为该次的研究对象,选取时间段为2018年4月—2019年4月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为整体护理组和常规护理组,每组45例。分别采用不同的护理方式对两组患者进行护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和比较。结果整体护理组的护理质量均明显高于常规护理组,两组患者比较经过检验(P<0.05)。整体护理组的血糖水平明显低于常规护理组,两组患者比较经过检验(P<0.05)。常规护理组的护理满意度为82.2%,整体护理组的护理满意度为97.8%。整体护理组的护理满意度明显高于常规护理组,两组患者比较经过检验(P<0.05)。结论针对慢阻肺合并糖尿病患者实施责任制整体护理能够有效地改善护理质量,提高其护理满意度,并且有效控制其血糖水平。

Objective To observe the effect of the application of holistic nursing in the clinical care of COPD with diabetes.Methods Ninety patients with COPD and diabetes treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The time period was from April 2018 to April 2019,and they were divided into holistic care group and routine care group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.Different groups of patients were used to care for the two groups of patients,and the effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The quality of nursing in the overall nursing group was significantly higher than that in the conventional nursing group,and the patients in the two groups were compared(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of the overall care group was significantly lower than that of the conventional care group,and the patients in the two groups were compared(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the conventional nursing group was 82.2%,and the nursing satisfaction of the overall nursing group was 97.8%.The nursing satisfaction of the overall nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group,and the patients in the two groups were compared(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of responsibility-based holistic nursing for COPD patients with diabetes can effectively improve the quality of nursing care,improve their nursing satisfaction,and effectively control their blood glucose levels.
