早期糖尿病肾病应用芪益糖肾方治疗的效果观察

The Effect of the Application Early Diabetic Nephropathy Treatment of Kidney Qiyitang Observation

目的分析早期糖尿病肾病应用芪益糖肾方治疗的效果。方法选择该院收治的98例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组患者接受他汀类药物治疗,研究组在此基础上采用芪益糖肾方治疗。治疗60 d后,比较两组患者的血糖控制情况、肾功能以及总有效率。结果两组患者治疗后血糖水平、肾功能指标均比治疗前有所下降,研究组治疗后的血糖值、肾功能指标明显低于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上应用芪益糖肾方治疗早期糖尿病肾病可以更好地控制血糖值、改善肾功能,疗效良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of Qiyitang Shenfang on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 98 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,49 in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with statins,and the study group was treated with Qiyitang nephropathy treatment on this basis.After 60 days of treatment,the blood glucose control,renal function,and total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose levels and renal function indexes of the two groups were lower than before treatment.The blood glucose levels and renal function indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the conventional treatment based on the Qiyitang nephropathy treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can better control blood glucose levels and improve kidney function,good effect.
