羟苯磺酸钙联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效及对血液流变的影响分析

Effect of Calcium Dobesilate Combined with Alprostadil on Early Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Effect on Blood Rheology

目的探讨对早期糖尿病肾病患者应用羟苯磺酸钙联合前列地尔治疗的临床效果,以及对患者血液流变的影响。方法选入该院于2017年4月—2018年4月期间所收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者72例,采用随机数字表法将其平分为研究组和对照组,每组36例。对照组行前列地尔治疗,研究组在此基础上加行羟苯磺酸钙治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后两组患者血液流变情况变化,两组患者的肾功能指标的变化,两组患者尿清蛋白的含量的变化。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗之前,两组患者的血液流变情况变化,肾功能指标的变化,尿清蛋白的含量的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗之后,研究组的血液流变情况变化,肾功能指标的变化,尿清蛋白的含量的变化均比对照组理想(P>0.05)。结论对于早期糖尿病肾病的患者而言,采用羟苯磺酸钙联合前列地尔治疗,能够促使治疗效果的提高,缓解患者的临床症状,血液流变的指标得到明显的改善,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of calcium dobesilate combined with alprostadil on patients with early diabetic nephropathy and its effect on blood rheology.Methods 72 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprostadil,and the study group was treated with calcium dobesilate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The changes in blood rheology of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Changes in urine albumin content in the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).And before treatment,the two groups of patients had changes in blood rheology,changes in renal function indicators,and changes in urine albumin content(P>0.05).After treatment,changes in blood rheology in the study group,and renal function indicators changes and changes in the content of urine albumin were better than those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with early diabetic nephropathy,the use of calcium dobesilate combined with alprostadil can promote the improvement of the treatment effect,alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients,and the hemorheology indexes are obviously improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
