糖尿病工作坊模式的研究进展

高质量的健康教育能提高患者的依从性,提高患者自我照护能力,从而延缓糖尿病并发症的发生,延长糖尿病患者的寿命。工作坊模式属于新型学习模式,其运用的目的在于快乐学习及分享,十分重视学习者的亲身体验与参与度,在糖尿病患者居家胰岛素注射、住院糖尿病患者饮食、运动、自我监测、用药指导以及妊娠期糖尿病宣教等应用广泛。患者的疾病知识满意度、遵医行为、自护技能的掌握情况及自我护理能力明显提高。但很多患者已经养成了被动学习的习惯,以及受文化程度等因素影响,突然被要求在学习过程中发表意见和看法可能会无所适从。基于此种情况,引导者需在课前将各项准备工作落实到位,使患者尽快完成思想上的转变。工作坊模式培训过程中应注意与先进的宣教用具相结合,如工作坊联合看图对话工具、工作坊联合“牛七七”进行胰岛素注射指导,工作坊联合并发症模型等进行糖尿病并发症的宣教等,最终实现工作坊教学模式与传统教学模式的有机结合。总之,糖尿病健康教育应用糖尿病工作坊模式的作用重大,值得深入研究。

High-quality health education can improve patient compliance and self-care ability,thereby delaying the occurrence of diabetes complications and prolonging the life of patients with diabetes.The workshop model belongs to a new type of learning mode.The purpose of its application is to learn and share happily.It attaches great importance to the personal experience and participation of learners.Insulin injection at home for patients with diabetes,diet,exercise,self-monitoring,medication guidance,and pregnancy periodic diabetes education was widely used.Patients'disease knowledge satisfaction,compliance behavior,mastery of self-care skills and self-care ability were improved significantly.However,many patients have developed the habit of passive learning,and due to factors such as education,they were suddenly asked to express their opinions and opinions during the learning process.Based on this situation,the facilitator needs to put in place all preparations before the lesson so that the patient can complete the change of mind as soon as possible.In the training mode of the workshop mode,attention should be paid to the combination with advanced missionary tools,such as the workshop combined picture-viewing dialogue tool,the workshop combined with"Niu Qiqi"for insulin injection guidance,and the workshop combined with complications model for diabetes complications mission,etc.,finally realized the organic combination of the workshop teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode.In short,the role of the diabetes workshop model in diabetes health education is significant and worthy of further study.
