摘要
目的研究分析糖尿病护理管理中健康教育临床应用价值。方法选择该院2016年3月-2018年12月间治疗的糖尿病患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组在护理管理中开展健康教育,比较两组患者护理后血糖指标及健康教育效果。结果护理方法后观察组患者的自护能力(1.44±0.07)分、相关知识(1.43±0.18)分、自我效能(1.43±0.06)分均高于对照组患者自护能力(0.81±0.10)分、相关知识(0.80±0.12)分、自我效能(0.82±0.07)分(P<0.05)。护理后观察组空腹血糖(6.83±1.35)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(8.26±1.35)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(6.25±1.04)mmol/L均低于对照组空腹血糖(7.75±2.13)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(10.73±2.11)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.94±2.13)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者在临床护理中开展健康教育能够有效提高患者健康知识掌握情况,利于患者控制血糖水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of health education in the management of diabetes care.Methods 90 patients with diabetes treated in the hospital from March 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 45 cases each.The control group used conventional nursing method,and the observation group conducted health education in nursing management,compare the two groups of patients with blood glucose indicators and health education after nursing.Results The self-care ability(1.44±0.07)points,related knowledge(1.43±0.18)points,and self-efficacy(1.43±0.06)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(0.81±0.10)points after the nursing method,relevant knowledge(0.80±0.12)points and self-efficacy(0.82±0.07)points(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose(6.83±1.35)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(8.26±1.35)mmol/L,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(6.25±1.04)mmol/L were lower than the control fasting blood glucose(7.75±2.13)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(10.73±2.11)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.94±2.13)mmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of patients with diabetes in clinical care can effectively improve the mastery of patients’health knowledge and help patients to control blood glucose levels.It should be promoted in the clinic.
