分析饮食及运动治疗对糖尿病患者血糖的影响

Analyze the Effect of Diet and Exercise Therapy on Blood Glucose in Patients with Diabetes

目的分析饮食及运动治疗对糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法选取2018年12月-2019年1月该院门诊糖尿病患者100例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,即观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予观察组患者常规护理基础上的饮食及运动治疗。结果和干预前相比,两组患者干预后的FPG、2 hPG、INS、2h-INS水平均显著降低(P<0.05),和对照组相比,观察组患者的降低幅度显著较高(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患者干预后1个月的血糖控制率分别为84.0%(42/50)、50.0%(25/50),干预后3个月的血糖控制率分别为96.0%(48/50)、80.0%(40/50)。观察组患者干预1、3个月的血糖控制率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。和干预前相比,两组患者干预后的收缩压、舒张压、心率均显著降低(P<0.05),和对照组相比,观察组患者的降低幅度显著较高(P<0.05)。结论饮食及运动治疗能够有效控制糖尿病患者的血糖及其他相关指标。

Objective To analyze the effects of diet and exercise therapy on blood glucose in patients with diabetes.Methods From December 2018 to January 2019,100 outpatients with diabetes in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group were given diet and exercise therapy based on routine care.Results Compared with before intervention,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,INS,and 2 h-INS in the two groups were significantly reduced after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the reduction in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group and the control group had blood glucose control rates of 84.0%(42/50)and 50.0%(25/50)at 1 month after intervention,and blood glucose control rates of 96.0%(48/50),80.0%(40/50)at 3 months after intervention.The blood glucose control rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after intervention for 1 to 3 months(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the reduction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet and exercise therapy can effectively control blood glucose and other related indexes in patients with diabetes.
