摘要
接触性变应原通过Ⅳ型变态反应诱导产生的炎症反应即变应性接触性皮炎,这一过程也称为接触过敏。接触过敏主要由CD8^+T细胞介导的免疫性疾病,临床表现为湿疹等。典型的接触过敏包括3个时期,即致敏期、激发期和缓解期,产生抗原非特异性反应、抗原特异性反应和调节性反应等炎症过程,并分别由不同的细胞参与。本文就接触过敏的机制做一概述。
Allergic contact dermatitis(ACD)is an inflammatory reaction induced by contact allergens through typeⅣhypersensitivity,which is also called contact allergy.Contact allergy is mainly an immune disease mediated by CD8^+T cells,which induces eczema.Typical duration of contact allergy contains three phases,namely the sensitization phase,the provocation phase,and the remission phase.Contact allergy includes antigen non-specific inflammatory response,antigen specific inflammatory response,and regulatory response,which are participated by different cells respectively.The article provioles an overview of the mechanisms of contact allergy。
