Epidemiology of Contact Dermatitis

接触性皮炎(contact dermatitis,CD)是一种由外界物质接触皮肤或黏膜而引起的刺激性或变应性炎症性皮肤病,在临床上十分常见,是职业性皮肤病最主要的临床表现。内外因素的复杂变化共同决定了CD各类型的流行病学特征,本文基于文献复习而就此做一简要概述。

Contact dermatitis is a kind of irritant or allergic inflammatory skin disease caused by the contact of external substances with skin or mucous membranes。It is very common in clinical practice and is also the main clinical manifestation of occupational skin diseases。The complex changes of internal and external factors jointly determine the epidemiological characteristics of CD。Based on the literature review,present article makes a brief overview of its epidemiological characteristics for clinical reference.
