变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)临床十分常见,仅凭病史和临床特点建立诊断是远远不够的,需明确患者的接触性变应原。斑贴试验是一种简单可靠检测变应原的手段,被认为是诊断ACD的金标准。然而无论在国外还是国内,斑贴试验临床应用普遍没有得到应有的重视,应用的规范性也亟待提升。本文就斑贴试验的发展史、临床应用指征、变应原的选择、操作流程、结果判读及解释等做一评价,期望能促进临床医生重视斑贴试验的临床规范化应用和诊断价值。

Allergic contact dermatitis(ACD)is very common in clinical practice.It is far from enough to establish an ACD diagnosis based on the history and clinical features alone.Patch testing is a simple and reliable method for the detection of allergens,and is considered as the gold standard for the diagnosis of ACD.However,whether at home or abroad,the clinical application of patch testing has not received due attention,and the standardization of application also needs to be improved urgently.In this paper,the development history,clinical application indications,allergen selection,operation process,result reading and interpretation of patch testing are evaluated,hoping to promote clinicians to attach importance to the standardized clinical application and diagnostic value of patch testing.
