接触性皮炎治疗的基础和前提是找到变应原/刺激原;而本病预防的关键在于如何成功避免原变应/刺激原;临床上接触性皮炎的治疗方法多种多样,本文对常见治疗方法的评价做了整理,大部分沿袭传统,很少的一部分进行了随机对照研究;皮肤屏障的重建对治疗、预后具有重要的意义。

In contact dermatitis,the base for therapy is the recognition of the allergen/irritant.The key to the prevention of contact dermatitis lies in the avoidance of the causative allergens/irritants.Many treatment modalities are assessed,most of which are traditional and few are studied in quality randomized controlled trials.The treatment of contact dermatitis is incomplete without measures to restore the skin barrier.
