摘要
随着核反应堆向小型化方向发展,迫切需要提升核反应堆用蒸汽发生器的效率和紧凑性。提出一种抑制两相流动不稳定性的新型非均匀通道印刷电路板式蒸汽发生器,采用分段热力设计方法对其热工水力性能进行了分析。计算结果表明,所提出的非均匀通道印刷电路板式蒸汽发生器比绕管式蒸汽发生器具有更好的热工水力性能和更小的体积,并且二次侧入口段缩小通道可以抑制两相流动不稳定,揭示了二次侧进口温度和过热度对换热器芯体长度和总压降及缩小通道长度和直径的影响规律。
With the development of nuclear reactors towards miniaturization,it is urgent to promote the efficiency and compactness of steam generator.In this work,a printed circuit heat exchanger with non-uniform channels is proposed to be used for steam generator,which has the ability to prevent two-phase flow instability.A segmented thermal design method is developed to evaluate its thermal-hydraulic performance.The results show that,used as a steam generator,the proposed printed circuit heat exchanger with non-uniform channels has better thermal-hydraulic performance and smaller volume compared with the traditional spiral-wound heat exchanger,and the reduced channels at the inlet of the second loop can prevent the two-phase flow instability.The effects of second-side inlet temperature and superheat on the heat exchanger core length and pressure drop,and on the length and diameter of the reduced channel are examined.
