摘要
为研究煤层气(coalbed methane,CBM)中可燃组分变化对柴油引燃煤层气双燃料发动机燃烧的影响,通过化学动力学分析软件Chemikin-pro对煤层气、柴油化学反应机理进行简化并耦合,导入ANS Forte中进行仿真模拟。改变煤层气可燃组分中甲烷、乙烷、丙烷的质量分数,研究变组分煤层气对发动机缸内燃烧和排放的影响。结果表明:随着煤层气中甲烷质量分数的提高,缸内燃烧加剧,促进了NOx的生成;乙烷质量分数的提升会让缸内温度降低,虽能够抑制NOx生成,但HC化合物质量增加;丙烷的作用与乙烷相反,促进NO x生成而HC化合物质量减少。
This paper studies the influence of the change of combustible components in coalbed methane(CBM)on the combustion of the dual fuel engine which is ignited by diesel.The chemical reaction mechanism of coalbed methane and diesel was simplified and coupled by Chemikin-pro,which was introduced into ANS Forte for simulation.By changing the mass fraction of methane,ethane and propane in the combustible components of coalbed methane,the influence of variable components of coalbed methane on combustion and emission in engine cylinder was studied.The results show that with the increase of the proportion of methane in CBM,the combustion in the cylinder is intensified,which promotes the formation of NOx.With the increase of ethane,the temperature in the cylinder will be reduced,which can inhibit the formation of NOx,but the mass of HC compound will increase.With the opposite of ethane,propane will promote the formation of NOx and the mass of HC compound will decrease.
