摘要
针对煤矿井下交流50 Hz、额定电压10 kV及以下电压等级的中性点不接地供电系统,设计一种集继电保护、综合测控、数据通信功能为一体的智能高压综合保护器。介绍了其硬件和软件设计方案,该保护器以STM32为控制核心,采用模块化硬件设计,移植uC/OS-Ⅲ实时操作系统。实践证明,该保护器具备高精度,高可靠性的特点,能大大提升高压供电系统的稳定性,确保煤矿作业的安全性。
Based on the underground AC 50 Hz,rated voltage 10 kV and below neutral point ungrounded power supply system,an intelligent high voltage integrated protector is designed,which integrates relay protection,integrated measurement and control,and data communication functions.The design scheme of its hardware and software system is introduced in text.The device takes STM32 as the control core,adopts modular hardware design and transplants uC/OS-Ⅲ real-time operating system.Practice has proved that the device has high precision and reliability,and can greatly improve the stability of high-voltage power supply system,so that ensure the safety of coal mine operation.
