急性缺血性中风早期中医药康复疗法临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Therapy in the Early Stage of Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的以急性缺血性中风患者为例,对早期中医康复疗法在其中的应用效果进行分析评价。方法该次以该院在2018年1月—2019年1月收治的90例急性缺血性中风患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组给予常规对症方法治疗,观察组则给予早期中医药康复疗法治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行对比评价。结果①在治疗总有效率方面,观察组95.56%,明显高于对照组77.78%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.289,P<0.05)。②观察组治疗前ADL评分为(40.32±8.26)分、治疗后为(76.89±5.21)分,治疗前FMA评分为(30.28±5.61)分、治疗后为(68.28±5.14)分;对照组分别为(40.30±8.25)分、(60.13±4.28)分,(30.29±5.60)分、(59.27±5.10)分。在日常生活能力(ADL)评分、运动功能(FMA)评分方面,治疗前两组比较均差异无统计学意义(t=1.293、1.286,P>0.05),治疗后观察组均明显高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=10.276、10.139,P<0.05)。③在并发症总发生率上,观察组6.67%,明显低于对照组26.67%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.265,P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对急性缺血性中风患者,给予早期中医康复疗法治疗效果显著,可改善患者的日常生活能力及运动功能,并使并发症发生率降低,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of early traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy on patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods This time,90 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given early Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment,the comparative evaluation of the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results 1.In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than the control group,77.78%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=10.289,P<0.05).2.The ADL score of the observation group before treatment was(40.32±8.26)points,(76.89±5.21)points after treatment,FMA scores before treatment(30.28±5.61)points,and(68.28±5.14)points after treatment;control group were(40.30±8.25)points,(60.13±4.28)points,(30.29±5.60)points,and(59.27±5.10)points.In terms of daily life ability(ADL)score and motor function(FMA)score,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(t=1.293,1.286,P>0.05).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment.There were statistically significant differences in group data(t=10.276,10.139,P<0.05).3.In the total incidence of complications,the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than the control group,which was 26.67%,and the data in the two groups were statistically significant different(χ2=10.265,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke,early treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is effective,which can improve patients'daily living ability and motor function,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote early recovery of patients.
