多次性根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Effects of Multiple Root Canal Treatment and Disposable Root Canal Treatment on Dental Pulp Disease

目的对牙体牙髓病患者进行多次性根管治疗与一次性根管治疗,以此分别评价多次性根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的临床效果。方法选择牙体牙髓病患者100例,时间:2017年12月—2018年12月,按照随机数字法分为各个小组均有50例患者的对照组、研究组,分别进行多次根管治疗、一次性根管治疗。对组间的炎症疼痛缓解率、治疗总有效率、治疗时间进行指标对比。结果就研究组而言,其炎症疼痛缓解率(96.00%)、治疗总有效率(94.00%)与对照组(炎症疼痛缓解率、治疗总有效率分别:92.00%、90.00%)之间相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.315、1.008,P=0.251、0.315);研究组的治疗时间(3.33±1.11)d比对照组(8.76±2.11)d更短(t=10.1854,P=0.000)。结论对牙体牙髓病患者无论进行一次性根管治疗还是予以多次性根管治疗,都可以获得肯定的临床治疗效果,能够帮助患者缓解炎症疼痛症状,但是一次性根管治疗能够有效缩短患者的治疗时长,可依据患者实际情况选择最适宜的治疗方式。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of multiple root canal therapy and disposable root canal therapy for patients with dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with dental pulp disease were selected.The period was from December 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into a control group and a study group with 50 patients in each group according to the random number method,respectively adopted multiple times of root canal treatment,one-time root canal treatment.The indexes of inflammation and pain relief rate,total effective rate of treatment,and treatment time were compared between groups.Results As far as the study group is concerned,the inflammatory pain relief rate(96.00%),the total effective rate of treatment(94.00%)and the control group(the inflammatory pain relief rate,the total effective rate of treatment:92.00%,90.00%).There was no statistically significant difference in data(χ2=1.315,1.008;P=0.251,0.315);the treatment time in the study group(3.33±1.11)d,shorter than that in the control group(8.76±2.11)d(t=10.185,P=0.000).Conclusion No matter one-time root canal treatment or multiple root canal treatment can be used for patients with dental pulp disease,it can obtain a positive clinical treatment effect,which can help patients alleviate the symptoms of inflammation and pain,but one-time root canal treatment is effective to shorten the duration of treatment for patients,the most appropriate treatment can be selected according to the actual situation of the patient.
