超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Phacoemulsification Combined with Intraocular Lens Implantation for Cataract

目的研究白内障接受超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的临床效果。方法随机将2017年3月—2019年6月收治的100例白内障患者分为两组,对照组50例接受超声乳化吸出术治疗,观察组50例接受超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组术后1周视力水平<0.1比重低于对照组,视力水平≥0.5比重高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后3个月眼压为(13.52±4.24)mmHg,明显低于对照组(18.74±5.53)mmHg,前房高度为(3.18±1.02)mm,高于对照组(2.41±0.94)mm(t=5.297、3.925,P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为10.00%,对照组患者术后并发症发生率8.00%(P>0.05)。结论超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障能够更明显提升视力水平,更有效控制眼压,增加前房深度,且不会增加术后并发症,安全性较高,有良好应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for cataract.Methods 100 cases of cataract patients who were treated from March 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:50 cases in the control group received phacoemulsification aspiration,and 50 cases in the observation group received phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results The visual acuity level<0.1 in the observation group after 1 week was lower than that in the control group,and the visual acuity level≥0.5 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The IOP in the observation group at 3 months after surgery was(13.52±4.24)mmHg,significantly lower than the control group(18.74±5.53)mmHg,anterior chamber height was(3.18±1.02)mm,higher than the control group(2.41±0.94)mm(t=5.297,3.925,P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate was 10.00%,and the postoperative complication rate in the control group was 8.00%(P>0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can significantly improve visual acuity,control intraocular pressure,increase anterior chamber depth without increasing postoperative complications,and have higher safety and good application value.
