凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的优势及应用效果探究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的优势及应用效果。方法选取在2017年1月—2019年4月期间于该院体检的200名健康人员为研究对象,于清晨空腹状态下抽取每位人员1份静脉血。以不同的检测方法将体检健康人员分为实验组和常规组,每组100名。常规组采用传统盐水法对血样进行检测,实验组采用凝聚胺技术对血样进行检测,分析两组检测效果。结果实验组当中在180s内血液样本特异性凝聚皆未消失,在5~10 s内54例血液样本非特异性凝聚消失,在11~20 s内46例血液样本非特异性凝聚消失,在21 s后所有血液样本非特异性凝聚消失;实验组的疑难血液样本检测概率20.00%比常规组4.00%高,实验组的准确度87.00%比常规组65.00%高,实验组稳定性94.00%比常规组74.00%高,实验组灵敏度88.00%比常规组66.00%高,且差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.121、13.268、14.881、13.665,P<0.05)。结论凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验当中表现优秀,检测效果良好,能够有效保障检测结果的准确性和可靠性,有效避免溶血性输血反应事件发生。 Objective To explore the advantages and application effects of polybrene technology in clinical blood transfusion testing.Methods A total of 200 healthy people who had undergone a physical examination in the hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects.One venous blood sample was taken from each person in the early morning on an empty stomach.The health check-up staff were divided into experimental group and routine group by different detection methods,with 100 cases in each group.Blood samples were detected in the conventional group using the traditional saline method,and blood samples were tested in the experimental group using polybrene technology,and the results of the two groups were analyzed.Results In the experimental group,the specific aggregation of blood samples did not disappear within 180 s,nonspecific aggregation of 54 blood samples disappeared within 5~10 s,and nonspecific aggregation of 46 blood samples disappeared within 11~20 s.All blood samples were lost after 21s non-specific agglomeration disappeared;the probability of detecting difficult blood samples in the experimental group was 20.00%,higher than the conventional group 4.00%,the accuracy of the experimental group 87.00%was higher than the conventional group 65.00%,and the stability of the experimental group 94.00%was higher than the conventional 74.00%was higher,and the sensitivity of the experimental group 88.00%was higher than 66.00%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.121,13.268,14.881,13.665,P<0.05).Conclusion The technology of polybrene was excellent in clinical blood transfusion tests,and the detection effect was good.It can effectively ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results,effectively avoid the occurrence of hemolytic transfusion reaction events,and is worth promoting and applying.
