口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的效果比较

Comparison of the Effects of Dental Implant Restoration and Conventional Restoration on Dentition Loss

目的比较口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的效果。方法在2017年5月—2018年7月,选取该院口腔种植修复的牙列缺失患者32例(观察组),常规修复的牙列缺失32例(对照组),观察患者治疗效果、各方面评分及生活质量。结果观察组治疗有效率93.75%,对照组71.88%(χ2=5.379,P=0.020),观察组舒适度(9.2±0.3)分,美观度(9.3±0.2)分,语言功能(9.4±0.3)分,咀嚼功能(9.3±0.5)分,固位功能(8.5±1.1)分,优于对照组相比(t=23.283、12.472、34.667、18.413、10.384,P<0.05),治疗后,观察组社会功能(90.21±2.24)分,躯体功能(91.66±2.64)分,心理功能(90.36±2.34)分,物质生活(91.36±2.38)分(t=10.878、10.700、9.182、10.954,P<0.05)。结论给予牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复治疗,能提高患者治疗有效率,舒适度、美观度好,提高语言功能、咀嚼功能及固位功能,有利于患者生活质量的提高,相比于常规修复治疗,口腔种植修复效果更好,值得借鉴。

Objective To compare the effects of dental implant restoration and conventional restoration in the treatment of dentition loss.Methods From May 2017 to July 2018,32 patients with dentition loss(oral group)repaired by dental implants in the hospital(observation group)were selected,and 32 patients with conventional dentition loss(control group)were selected.Observe the curative effect,scoring os various aspects and quality of life.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,the control group was 71.88%(χ2=5.379,P=0.020),the comfort group(9.2±0.3)points,aesthetics(9.3±0.2)points,and language function(9.4±0.3)points in the observation group,chewing function(9.3±0.5)points,retention function(8.5±1.1)points,which were better than the control group(t=23.283,12.472,34.667,18.413,10.384,P<0.05),after treatment,social function(90.21±2.24)points,physical function(91.66±2.64)point,psychological function(90.36±2.34)point,material life(91.36±2.38)point(t=10.878,10.700,9.182,10.954,P<0.05).Conclusion The oral implant restoration treatment for patients with missing dentition can improve the treatment efficiency,comfort and aesthetics of patients,improve language function,chewing function and retention function,which is conducive to the improvement of patients'quality of life,oral implant repair effect is better,it is worth learning.
