醒脑静注射液治疗ICU重症肺炎的效果及对血清细胞因子含量变化的影响

Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on ICU Severe Pneumonia and Its Effect on Changes of Serum Cytokine Content

目的探讨醒脑静注射液治疗ICU重症肺炎的效果及对血清细胞因子含量变化的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2019年5月在该院ICU接受治疗的82例重症肺炎患者纳入该次研究,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组患者41例,对照组患者采取常规抗菌治疗,研究组患者在此基础上,联合应用醒脑静注射液治疗,对比不同治疗方案ICU重症肺炎的效果及对血清细胞因子含量变化的影响。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率92.7%明显高于对照组(χ2=5.479,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前各项细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1)含量对比差异无统计学意义(t=1.021、0.049、0.479,P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者TNF-α(13.65±2.13)mg/L、IL-1(102.51±19.38)pg/L、IL-6(102.51±19.38)pg/L明显低于对照组(t=5.054、8.151、6.451,P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液治疗ICU重症肺炎的效果确切,可调节细胞免疫功能,有效抑制机体内炎症反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of severe ICU pneumonia and its effect on the changes of serum cytokine content.Methods 82 patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in the ICU from March 2016 to May 2019 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 41 patients in each group and control group patients.Taking conventional antibacterial therapy,the patients in the study group were combined with Xingnaojing injection to compare the effect of different treatment regimens on ICU severe pneumonia and the effect on serum cytokine content.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=5.479,P<0.05).There was no statistical comparison of the contents of various cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1)before treatment in the two groups(t=1.021,0.049,0.479,P>0.05).After treatment,patients in the study group had TNF-α(13.65±2.13)mg/L,IL-1(102.51±19.38)pg/L,and IL-6(102.51±19.38)pg/L were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=5.054,8.151,6.451,P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnaojing injection is effective in treating severe ICU pneumonia.It can regulate cellular immune function,effectively suppress the inflammatory response in the body,improve the treatment effect.
