摘要 针对煤矿目前存在的各类异构系统功能单一,存在数据孤岛,灾害时难以联动控制,无法实现“人、机、环”参数的有序配合等问题,提出基于物联网技术,通过低功耗无线自组网传感器、便携式智能终端、区域协同控制器、多协议透明传输网关等关键设备,构建全矿井高速、可靠的区域协同控制网络,建立涵盖工作面、采区、矿、集团之间的信息数据链和基于多种信息实时融合与分析的协同控制系统。以“安全与生产动态平衡,安全可控条件下的高效生产”为目标,实现多种信息交互与多层级的主动安全保障,减少无计划停产,提高生产的连续性和安全性。 In view of the single functions of various heterogeneous systems currently existing in coal mines and the existence of data islands,it is difficult to control linkages during disasters and it is impossible to realize the orderly coordination of"man,machine and ring"parameters.Based on the internet of things technology,through low-power wireless ad hoc network sensors,portable intelligent terminals,regional cooperative controllers,multi-protocol transparent transmission gateways and other key equipment,build a high-speed and reliable regional cooperative control network of the whole mine and establish a coverage working surface,mining area,mine,group information data link and collaborative control system based on real-time fusion and analysis of multiple information.With the goal of"dynamic balance between safety and production,efficient production under safe and controllable conditions",it achieves a variety of information interactions and multi-level active safety guarantees,reducing unplanned shutdowns and improving the continuity and safety of production.
