基于混合模糊数的TOPSIS方法及产能过剩评价

摘要 利用区间数和三角模糊数可将定性指标定量化,从而构建多属性的混合指标体系.在多指标的评价体系中,权重的大小对评价的结果是非常重要的,本文给出了一种融合主观和客观的组合权重TOPSIS法.以七大过剩行业为研究对象,用AHP方法求出主观权重,利用模糊数将一些定性指标定量化,用变异系数法求出客观权重建立以主观、客观指标为约束条件的优化模型,求出组合权重的最优解,并将其应用于TOPSIS评价方法中,分析七大行业在2016-2018年的产能过剩程度,最后给出结果分析及对策建议. Using interval numbers and triangular fuzzy numbers,qualitative indicators can be quantified to construct a multi-attribute mixed indicator system.In the multi-index evaluation system,the weight of the factors is very important to the evaluation results.This paper presents a combination weighted TOPSIS method which focused subjective and objective weights.Taking the seven surplus industries as the research objects,the subjective weight is obtained by AHP method,and some qualitative indexes are quantified by using fuzzy numbers,the objective weights are obtained by the coefficient of variation method to establish an optimization model with subjective and objective indicators as constraints.The optimal solution of the combined weights are applied to the TOPSIS evaluation method to analyze the overcapacity of the seven industries from 2016 to 2018.Finally,the results analysis and countermeasures are given.
