补肾壮骨通络汤治疗早期股骨头坏死临床的效果观察

Clinical Effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Tongluo Decoction on Early Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的以早期股骨头坏死患者为例,对补肾壮骨通络汤在其中的应用效果进行分析评价。方法该次将该院在2018年2月—2019年1月纳入研究的早期股骨头坏死患者一共70例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成两组;其中对照组35例给予活血健骨片治疗,观察组在此基础上重点使用补肾壮骨通络汤治疗,进一步比较两组临床治疗效果。结果(1)观察组,治疗前髋关节功能Harris评分为(60.27±4.36)分、治疗后为(88.26±1.73)分,治疗前JOA评分为(38.26±3.15)分、治疗后为(89.08±4.15)分;对照组,治疗前髋关节功能Harris评分为(60.29±4.35)分、治疗后为(75.29±1.61)分,治疗前JOA评分为(38.24±3.14)分、治疗后为(74.78±4.12)分;由数据可知,治疗前,在髋关节功能Harris评分及JOA评分方面,两组比较均差异无统计学意义(t=1.293、1.283,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述两项指标评分和对照组比较均显著更高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.294、10.326,P<0.05)。(2)观察组,在疼痛VAS评分方面,治疗前为(5.88±1.21)分、治疗后为(1.30±0.45)分;对照组,治疗前为(5.89±1.20)分、治疗后为(2.95±0.46)分;两组治疗前疼痛VAS评分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.257,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组显著要比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.287,P<0.05)。(3)在髋关节功能恢复优良率方面,观察组的91.43%,和对照组的74.29%比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义有(χ2=10.356,P<0.05)。结论早期股骨头坏死患者给予补肾壮骨通络汤治疗效果明显,能够促进患者的髋关节功能的改善,缓解疼痛症状,因此具备推广及使用的价值。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Tongluo decoction on the early necrosis of femoral head.Methods 70 patients with early necrosis of the femoral head who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,35 patients in the control group were treated with Huoxue Jiangu tablet,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Tongluo decoction on this basis,and the clinical effect of the two groups was further compared.Results 1.In the observation group,Harris score of hip joint function before treatment was(60.27±4.36)points,after treatment was(88.26±1.73)points,JOA score before treatment was(38.26±3.15),after treatment was(89.08±4.15)points;in the control group,Harris score of hip joint function before treatment was(60.29±4.35),after treatment was(75.29±1.61),and JOA score before treatment was(38.24±3.14)points;after the treatment,the scores were(74.78±4.12)points;before the treatment,there was no significant difference in Harris score and JOA score of hip joint function between the two groups(t=1.293,1.283,P>0.05);after the treatment,the scores of the above two indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the data between the two groups were significantly different(t=10.294,10.326,P<0.05).2.In terms of pain VAS score,the observation group was(5.88±1.21)points before treatment and(1.30±0.45)points after treatment;the control group was(5.89±1.20)points before treatment and(2.95±0.46)points after treatment;according to the data,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(t=1.257,P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the number between the two groups,there was significant difference(t=6.287,P<0.05).3.In terms of the excellent rate of hip joint function recovery,91.43%in the observation group and 74.29%in the control group were significantly higher,and the data between the two groups were significantly different(χ2=10.356,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,the treatment of Bushen Zhuanggu Tongluo decoction for the early necrosis of the femoral head is effective,which can improve the hip joint function and relieve the pain symptoms,so it has the value of promotion and use.
