阿奇霉素联合布地奈德喷鼻治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后疗效及对嗜酸性粒细胞的影响

Efficacy of Azithromycin Combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis with Nasal Polyposis and its Effect on Eosinophils

目的研究慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后接受阿奇霉素联合布地奈德喷鼻治疗的临床效果。方法以2017年8月—2019年6月164例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者为对象,均接受相同手术切除治疗,随机分为两组,对照组82例接受布地奈德喷鼻治疗,观察组82例接受阿奇霉素联合布地奈德喷鼻治疗,比较效果。结果观察组术后治疗总有效率为96.34%,黏膜上皮化率为100.00%,复发率为1.22%,对照组85.37%、91.46%、8.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1、3个月嗜酸性粒细胞水平为(9.86±3.35)、(5.18±1.75)个/0.25 mm2,对照组(15.37±4.69)、(9.63±2.34)个/0.25 mm2,差异有统计学意义(t=8.657、13.791,P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后接受阿奇霉素联合布地奈德喷鼻治疗能够提升临床效果,减低嗜酸性粒细胞水平,减少复发,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with budesonide nasal spray after operation of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyposis.Methods From August 2017 to June 2019,164 patients with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups.82 patients in the control group were treated with budesonide nasal spray,and 82 patients in the observation group were treated with azithromycin combined with budesonide nasal spray.Results The total effective rate was 96.34%,the mucous epithelial rate was 100.00%,the recurrence rate was 1.22%,and the control group was 85.37%.1.46%,8.54%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the level of eosinophils in the observation group was(9.86±3.35)pce/0.25 mm2,(5.18±1.75)pce/0.25 mm2,the control group was(15.37±4.69)pce/0.25 mm2,(9.63±2.34)pce/0.25 mm2,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.657,13.791,P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide nasal injection after surgery for chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps can improve the clinical effect,reduce eosinophil level,and reduce recurrence,which is worthy of promotion.
