艾司唑仑治疗老年高血压睡眠障碍患者的临床实施价值探究

Study on the Clinical Value of Estazolam in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Sleep Disorders

目的观察艾司唑仑治疗实行方法下,分析对老年高血压睡眠障碍患者治疗的临床应用价值。方法研究对象为2017年11月—2019年11月接受治疗的老年高血压睡眠障碍患者40例,通过随机数字表法将其随机分为常规用药组、联合用药组两组,各20例。常规用药组采用常规治疗办法,联合用药组在常规用药的基础上指导患者服用艾司唑仑。对两组患者的治疗疗效、血压变化及睡眠质量检测进行调查和记录。结果治疗后两组患者的血压及睡眠质量均有改善,且联合用药组患者的血压变化及睡眠质量检测优于常规用药组患者的血压变化及睡眠质量检测;联合用药组患者的治疗疗效(80.00%)高于常规用药组患者的治疗疗效(50.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.956,P=0.047<0.05)。结论采用艾司唑仑配合常规给药治疗老年高血压睡眠障碍,能够更好地降低患者血压,提高患者睡眠质量,对患者的治疗效果提升有极大的帮助,推荐使用。

Objective To observe the clinical value of estazolam in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive sleep disorders.Methods The study subjects were 40 elderly patients with hypertensive sleep disorders who received treatment from November 2017 to November 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group,with 20 cases each.Patients in the conventional treatment group were given conventional treatment,and patients in the combined treatment group were instructed to take estazolam on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure change and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were investigated and recorded.Results Blood pressure and sleep quality of pa-tients in both groups improved after treatment,and blood pressure changes and sleep quality of patients in the combined treatment group were better than those in the conventional treatment group.The curative effect of the combined treatment group(80.00%)was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(50.00%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=3.956,P=0.047<0.05).Conclusion The use of estazolam combined with routine administration for the treatment of elderly hypertensive sleep disorders can better reduce the blood pressure of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and greatly help improve the treatment effect of patients.It is recommended to use it.
