生血宝合剂对妊娠合并地中海贫血患者妊娠结局的影响分析

Effect of Shengxuebao Mixture on Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Pregnancy and Thalassemia

目的分析生血宝合剂对妊娠合并地中海贫血患者妊娠结局的影响。方法纳入该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的130例妊娠合并地中海贫血患者,随机平均分为两组,对照组65例患者予以营养饮食指导,实验组65例患者在对照组基础上予以生血宝合剂治疗,对比两组外周血清学指标、中医证候积分、造血细胞因子、妊娠结局。结果实验组治疗3个月后MCH、MCV、RBC、Hb、IL-13、GM-CSF、SCF指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组产后出血率(3.08%)、低体重儿率(4.62%)、新生儿窒息率(1.54%)、剖宫产率(6.15%)均明显低于对照组(20.00%、23.08%、15.38%、24.62%)(χ^2=9.119、9.286、8.044、8.509,P=0.002、0.002、0.005、0.004)。结论生血宝合剂可有效增强妊娠合并地中海贫血患者造血细胞功能,减轻贫血症状,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effect of Shengxuebao mixture on pregnancy outcomes in patients with pregnancy and thalassemia.Methods 130 patients with pregnancy-induced thalassemia treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.65 patients in the control group were given nutrition and dietary guidance.65 patients in the experimental group were based on the control group.The patients were treated with Shengxuebao mixture,and the peripheral serum parameters,TCM syndrome scores,hematopoietic cytokines,and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results MCH,MCV,RBC,Hb,IL-13,GM-CSF,and SCF were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage rate(3.08%),low birth weight rate(4.62%),neonatal asphyxia rate(1.54%),and cesarean section rate(6.15%)were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(20.00%,23.08%,15.38%,24.62%)(χ^2=9.119,9.286,8.044,8.509,P=0.002,0.002,0.005,0.004).Conclusion Shengxuebao Mixture can effectively enhance the function of hematopoietic cells,reduce the symptoms of anemia,and improve the outcome of pregnancy in patients with thalassemia.
