荧光素钠眼底血管造影在糖尿病视网膜病变中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Sodium Fluorescein Fundus Angiography in Diabetic Retinopathy

目的对荧光素钠眼底血管造影在糖尿病视网膜病变中的诊断价值进行研究和探讨。方法选取140例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为实验研究对象,患者来源为该院于2018年1月—2019年6月收治的患者。对所患者分别采用荧光素钠眼底血管造影检查和直接检眼镜检查,从中总结分析荧光素钠眼底血管造影在糖尿病视网膜病变中的诊断价值。结果对140例患者,280只眼依次进行直接检眼镜和荧光素钠眼底血管造影检查,检查结果发现,直接检眼镜共发现病变眼211只,病变发生率为75.36%。其中非增生性143只(Ⅰ期41只,Ⅱ期50只,Ⅲ期52只),增生性68只(Ⅳ期46只,Ⅴ期16只,Ⅵ期6只)。而荧光素钠眼底血管造影检查结果发现病变眼261只,病变率为93.21%。其中非增生性177只(Ⅰ期52只,Ⅱ期62只,Ⅲ期63只),增生性84只(Ⅳ期52只,Ⅴ期23只,Ⅵ期9只)。两种检查方法结果对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.984,P<0.05)。结论荧光素钠眼底血管造影检查能够提高糖尿病视网膜病变的诊断率,对于临床治疗具有重要的价值,值得进一步临床研究及探讨。

Objective To study and explore the diagnostic value of sodium fluorescein fundus angiography in diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 140 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected as experimental subjects.The patients were collected from the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019.Sodium fluorescein fundus angiography and direct ophthalmoscope were used for all patients,and the diagnostic value of sodium fluorescein fundus angiography in diabetic retinopathy was summarized and analyzed.Results For 140 patients,280 eyes underwent direct ophthalmoscope and sodium fluorescein fundus angiography in order.The inspection results revealed that a total of 211 diseased eyes were found by direct ophthalmoscope,with a incidence of 75.36%.Among them,143 were non-proliferative(41 in stage I,50 in stage II,and 52 in stage III),and 68 were proliferative(46 in stage IV,16 in stage V,and 6 in stage VI).The results of sodium fluorescein fundus angiography revealed 261 diseased eyes with a lesion rate of 93.21%.Among them,177 were nonproliferative(52 in stage I,62 in stage II,and 63 in stage III),and 84 were proliferative(52 in stage IV,23 in stage V,and 9 in stage VI).The comparison of the results of the two inspection methods accorded with statistical differences(χ^2=6.984,P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium fluorescein fundus angiography can improve the diagnosis rate of diabetic retinopathy,and it is of great value for clinical treatment.It is worthy of further clinical research and discussion.
