摘要
目的探讨蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年10月所收治的60例新生儿黄疸患者,按照电脑随机法,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组患儿30例,对照组患儿采取蓝光照射治疗,研究组患儿采取蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗,对比不同治疗方案的治疗效果。结果研究组患儿治疗后TBil(112.35±5.27)μmol/L、IBil(105.32±4.47)μmol/L、DBil(7.18±0.62)μmol/L均明显低于对照组(135.65±6.03)μmol/L、(129.75±5.46)μmol/L、(8.97±0.72)μmol/L(t=15.94、18.96、10.32,P<0.05);研究组患儿的治疗有效率96.7%(29/30)明显高于对照组76.7%(χ^2=6.497,P<0.05);研究组患儿的不良反应发生率13.3%(4/30),和对照组相比差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.194,P>0.05)。结论蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗新生儿黄疸的效果显著,可快速降低血清胆红素,促使黄疸消退,较单纯蓝光照射治疗法更具优势,并且安全性佳,对患儿预后具有积极影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of blue light irradiation combined with albumin intravenous drip in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods 60 neonatal jaundice patients treated in the hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to the computer random method,with 30 children in each group and blue light irradiation treatment.The children in the study group were treated with blue light irradiation combined with intravenous infusion of albumin to compare the treatment effects of different treatment schemes.Results TBil(112.35±5.27)μmol/L,IBil(105.32±4.47)μmol/L,and DBil(7.18±0.62)μmol/L were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(135.65±6.03)μmol/L after treatment,(129.75±5.46)μmol/L,(8.97±0.72)μmol/L(t=15.94,18.96,10.32,P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of children in the study group was significantly higher than 96.7%(29/30),the control group was 76.7%(χ^2=6.497,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 13.3%(4/30),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(χ^2=0.194,P>0.05).Conclusion Blue light irradiation combined with intravenous infusion of albumin has a significant effect on neonatal jaundice.It can quickly reduce serum bilirubin and promote jaundice to retreat.It has advantages over blue light irradiation alone,has good safety,and has a positive prognosis for children.
