芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者脑利钠肽及抗利尿激素水平的影响

Effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule on Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Antidiuretic Hormone Levels in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的慢性心力衰竭患者通过服用芪苈强心胶囊,对患者的脑利钠肽以及抗利尿激素的水平的影响作用,评价芪苈强心胶囊的治疗效果。方法从该院在2018年2月—2019年2月间,收纳的慢性心力衰竭的患者中随机抽取60例患者,根据随机分组的方法进行分组,每组30例患者,分别分成观察组和对照组,观察组患者则通过常规方法以及芪苈强心胶囊进行联合治疗慢性心力衰竭,对照组患者仅通过常规方法进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗总有效率、心功能水平变化情况(LVEF、LVEDV)、NT-proBNP以及ADH的表达水平进行比较,从而对芪苈强心胶囊的治疗效果进行分析研究。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%(27/30),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为70.0%(21/30),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.650,P<0.05);观察组患者的NT-proBNP以及ADH分别为:(416.52±84.36)pg/mL,(350.84±41.87)μg/L,对照组患者的NT-proBNP以及ADH分别为:(824.48±100.54)pg/mL,(389.67±42.58)μg/L,组间比较之后,发现组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.482、6.829,P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者通过服用芪苈强心胶囊进行治疗,患者的治疗效果得到明显的提升,患者的生活质量也会因此升高。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Qizhi Qiangxin Capsules by taking Qizhi Qiangxin Capsules on the level of brain natriuretic peptide and antidiuretic hormone in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly selected from the hospital and grouped according to the random grouping method.Each group consisted of 30 patients.It was divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group were treated with conventional methods and Qili Qiangxin Capsules for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Patients in control group were treated with conventional methods only.The total effective rate of treatment and cardiac function in the two groups of patients changes(LVEF,LVEDV),NT-proBNP,and ADH expression levels were compared to analyze and study the therapeutic effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsule.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 70.0%(21/30).After comparison between the groups,it was found that the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=15.650,P<0.05);NT-proBNP and ADH in the observation group were:(416.52±84.36)pg/mL,(350.84±41.87)μg/L,the NT-proBNP and ADH of the control group were:(824.48±100.54)pg/mL,(389.67±42.58)μg/L.After comparison between the groups,it was found that the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=6.482,6.829,P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic heart failure patients are treated by taking Qiqiangqiangxin Capsules,the treatment effect of the patients is significantly improved,and the quality of life of patients will be improved accordingly.
