复方樟柳碱治疗脉络视网膜病变临床效果

Clinical Effect of Compound Anisodine in Treating Choroidal Retinopathy

目的分析并研究复方樟柳碱治疗脉络视网膜病变临床效果。方法选取该院在2017年7月—2019年7月收治的62例脉络视网膜病变患者,观察组31例患者使用复方樟柳碱注射液进行治疗;对照组31例患者使用常规的传统治疗方法。在给药治疗1个月后使用对两组患者的视力、眼底、视野情况进行复查,并统计对比两组患者的差异。结果通过对两组患者治疗前后视力变化的对比分析可得,观察组患者的总有效率为100.00%(31/31),对照组患者的总治疗有效率为83.87%(26/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.439,P<0.05);通过对两组患者治疗前后眼底变化的对比分析可得,观察组患者的眼底变化总治疗有效率为100.00%(31/31);对照组患者的眼底变化总治疗有效率为80.65%(25/31)。差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.493,P<0.05)。通过对两组患者治疗前后视野变化的对比分析可得,观察组患者的视野变化总治疗有效率为100.00%(31/31);对照组患者的视野变化总治疗有效率为70.97%(22/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.528,P<0.05)。结论对脉络视网膜病患者使用复方樟柳碱进行治疗可以有效的提高患者的视力、眼底、视力情况,可以有效的提高患者的生活质量。

Analyze and study the clinical effect of compound anisodine in the treatment of choroidal retinopathy.Methods Sixty-two patients with choroid retinopathy treated in the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected,and 31 patients in the observation group were treated with compound anisodine injection;31 patients in the control group were treated with conventional traditional treatment methods.One month after the administration,the visual acuity,fundus,and visual field of the two groups were reviewed,and the differences between the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results By comparing the visual changes before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 100.00%(31/31),and the total effective rate of patients in the control group was 83.87%(26/31).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.439,P<0.05);a comparative analysis of the fundus changes before and after treatment in the two groups of patients was obtained.The total effective rate of treatment for fundus changes in the observation group was 100.00%(31/31);The total effective rate of fundus changes in the control group was 80.65%(25/31).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.493,P<0.05).Through a comparative analysis of visual field changes before and after treatment in the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of visual field change in the observation group was 100.00%(31/31);the effective total visual field change in the control group was 70.97%(22/31),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.528,P<0.05).Conclusion Compound anisodine treatment for patients with choroidal retinopathy can effectively improve patients'vision,fundus,and vision,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
