氨磺必利对阴性症状精神分裂症患者有效率、生活质量和不良反应的影响

Effects of Amisulpride on the Effectiveness,Quality of Life,and Adverse Reactions in Patients with Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia

目的针对阴性症状精神分裂症患者使用氨磺必利药物治疗的临床效果进行分析与研究。方法该研究的对象为2017年1月—2019年9月间前来该院就医的阴性症状精神分裂症患者,总例数为80例,按照数字随机表格的方法将80例阴性症状精神分裂症患者进行分组,即比对组和研究组,每组中平均分配40例患者。其中为比对组的患者提供常规的舒必利片药物进行治疗,研究组的阴性症状精神分裂症患者则接受氨磺必利药物进行治疗,对两组阴性症状精神分裂症患者在治疗后的总有效率、生活质量和用药期间的不良反应率进行分析与比较。结果研究组阴性症状精神分裂症患者在治疗后的生活质量各项评分显著高于比对组(P<0.05);接受氨磺必利药物进行治疗的研究组阴性症状精神分裂症患者的治疗有效率为95.5%,接受舒必利片药物进行治疗的比对组阴性症状精神分裂症患者的治疗有效率为75.0%,相比较来说,研究组较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.500,P=0.030);与比对组阴性症状精神分裂症患者(32.5%)相比,研究组阴性症状精神分裂症患者在用药期间的不良反应发生率(12.5%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.590,P=0.030)。结论在对阴性症状精神分裂症患者进行治疗的过程中,可以采取氨磺必利药物,其临床疗效较为显著。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effects of amisulpride on patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods The start time and end time of this study were January 2017 and September 2019.The subjects of the study were patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia who came to the hospital for treatment.The total number of cases was 80.The method grouped 80 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia,that is,the comparison group and the study group,with an average of 40 patients in each group.Among them,the patients in the comparison group were provided with conventional sulpiride tablets for treatment,and the patients with negative symptoms in the study group were treated with amisulpride.After treatment,the patients with negative symptoms in the two groups,analysis and comparison of efficiency,quality of life,and adverse reaction rates during medication.Results The scores of quality of life of patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms in the study group were significantly higher than those in the comparison group(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms in the study group who received amisulpride treatment 95.5%,and the effective rate of treatment for patients with schizophrenia with negative symptoms in the comparison group receiving sulpiride tablets was 75.0%.Compared with the study group,the treatment group was higher and the advantage was obvious(χ^2=4.500,P=0.030);and Compared with patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia(32.5%)in the comparison group,the incidence of adverse reactions(12.5%)during the medication period of patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia in the study group was lower,with a significant advantage(χ^2=4.590,P=0.030).Conclusion In the course of treating patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia,amisulpride can be taken.Its clinical efficacy is significant.
