益生菌在溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Probiotics in Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨益生菌在溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法选取该院消化内科2017年1月—2018年12月所收治的65例溃疡性结肠炎患者,按照随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(n=33)和对照组(n=32),对照组患者采取常规治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合益生菌治疗,对不同治疗方案的疗效。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率97.0%(32/33)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.006,P<0.05);研究组患者CRP(8.2±2.3)mm/dL、ESR(11.3±3.4)mm/h明显低于对照组(t=10.240、3.980,P<0.05);研究组患者CD8^+(28.2±4.7)%、CD4^+(40.3±3.5)%明显优于对照组(t=3.470、4.270,P<0.05);研究组复发率6.1%明显低于对照组(χ^2=7.120,P<0.05)。结论益生菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,可调控炎症反应,平衡血清C反应蛋白水平,提高机体细胞免疫功能,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To investigate the effect of probiotics on ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 65 patients with ulcerative colitis treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into a study group(n=33)and a control group(n=32)according to the random number table method,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with probiotics on the basis of the efficacy of different treatment schemes.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.0%(32/33),which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.006,P<0.05).The CRP(8.2±2.3)mm/dL,ESR(11.3±3.4)mm/h was significantly lower than the control group(t=10.240,3.980,P<0.05);the CD8^+(28.2±4.7)%and CD4^+(40.3±3.5)%of the study group were significantly better than the control group(t=3.470,4.270,P<0.05);the recurrence rate of 6.1%in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^2=7.120,P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics have significant effects in treating ulcerative colitis.They can regulate the inflammatory response,balance serum C-reactive protein levels,improve the body's cellular immune function,and reduce the rate of disease recurrence.
