Analysis of Common Irrational Drug Use Problems in Gastroenterology

目的探究消化内科常见不合理用药问题,并分析有效的解决对策。方法选取90例在2017年5月-2019年5月该院消化内科收治的患者,探究在用药过程中存在的相关问题,同时对相应的解决对策进行研究。结果用药问题所占比例为10.00%。抗生素存在较长的使用时间、联合用药不合理、联合用药不良反应、联合用药药效降低、重复用药及用药剂量过大等是用药过程中的常见问题。结论消化内科常见不合理用药问题较多,需要将改进措施有效提出,这也是在治疗消化内科疾病过程中需要着重解决的问题。

Objective To investigate the common problems of unreasonable drug use in the department of gastroenterology,and to analyze effective solutions. Methods 90 patients who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected to explore the related problems in the medication process, and to study the corresponding solutions. Results The proportion of medication problems was 10.00%. The common use of antibiotics is a long period of use, unreasonable combination use, adverse reactions to combination use, reduced efficacy of combination use, repeated use and excessive doses. Conclusion There are many common problems of irrational drug use in gastroenterology, and improvement measures need to be put forward effectively. This is also a problem that needs to be addressed during the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
