护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的效果观察及满意度影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的效果观察及满意度影响。方法选定该院于2016年7月-2017年10月收诊的224例呼吸内科住院患者,完全随机法分为观察组(传统呼吸内科护理+护理风险管理)112例与对照组(传统呼吸内科护理)112例,比较两组呼吸内科住院患者的护理质量评分、患者投诉率、医患纠纷率、护理风险率及患者满意率。结果观察组管理后的护理质量评分(87.94±7.35)分、患者满意率(97.32%)均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者投诉率(1.79%)、医患纠纷率(0.00%)、护理风险率(2.68%)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理方法可提高呼吸内科住院患者的满意度,减少其护理风险,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the effect observation and satisfaction impact of nursing risk management in respiratory medicine nursing. Methods A total of 224 inpatients receiving respiratory medicine admitted from July 2016 to October2017 in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group(traditional respiratory medicine nursing + nursing risk management) and control group(traditional respiratory internal medicine nursing), 112 cases in each group, compared the nursing quality score, patient complaint rate, doctor-patient dispute rate, nursing risk rate, and patient satisfaction rate of the two groups of inpatients in respiratory medicine. Results The scores of nursing quality(87.94 ±7.35)points and patient satisfaction rate(97.32%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the patient complaint rate(1.79%) and doctor-patient dispute rate(0.00%) in the observation group, and nursing risk rate(2.68%) were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management method can improve the satisfaction and reduce the nursing risk of inpatients in respiratory medicine. It is worth popularizing.
