耳鼻喉科慢性病患者中运用责任医生团队管理的效果

Effectiveness of Team Management of Responsible Doctors in ENT Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的探讨责任医生团队在耳鼻喉科慢性病患者管理中的应用价值。方法 2017年5月-2019年6月,选取86例耳鼻喉科慢性病患者,按照随机法将其分为对照组43例(常规管理措施);观察组43例(采用责任医生团队管理),对比两组医生对相关知识掌握程度。结果对照组医生对相关知识掌握程度评分,明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组医生知识掌握、技能操作、健康教育评分,明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论责任医生团队在耳鼻喉科慢性病患者管理中的应用效果突出,能够显著提高医生对相关知识掌握程度、管理质量,临床应用价值及临床推广极高。

Objective To explore the application value of a team of responsible doctors in the management of patients with chronic diseases in the ENT department. Methods From May 2017 to June 2019, 86 patients with otolaryngology and chronic diseases were taken and they were randomly divided into the control group with 43 cases(routine management measures) and the observation group with 43 cases(managed by a responsible doctor team), comparing the two groups of doctors with relevant knowledge. Results The scores of doctors in the control group on the level of mastery of relevant knowledge were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05). The scores of doctors in the control group on knowledge acquisition, skill operation, and health education were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsible doctor team has outstanding effects in the management of patients with chronic diseases in the ENT department, which can significantly improve the doctor’s grasp of relevant knowledge, management quality, clinical application value and clinical promotion.
