摘要
目的探讨在外科临床教学过程中,CBL与PBL联合教学法的应用效果。方法选取中医学专业2013、2014级进入第一临床医院进行毕业实习的本科学生60名,采取随机分组的形式,分为联合教学组与传统教学组。实习结束以后对两组学生的理论、操作考核成绩加以调查。结果联合教学组的考核成绩明显要优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科临床教学中,使用CBL与PBL联合教学法能够取得十分良好的临床实践教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of the combined teaching method of CBL and PBL in the clinical teaching of surgery. Methods 60 undergraduate students who entered the first clinical hospital for graduating internship in the 2013 and 2014 classes of Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups: the joint teaching group and the traditional teaching group. After the internship, the theoretical and operational assessment results of the two groups of students were investigated. Results The assessment results of the combined teaching group were significantly better than the traditional teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of surgery, the combined teaching method of CBL and PBL can achieve very good clinical practice teaching results.
