Training and Effectiveness Analysis of Blood Purification Specialist Nurses

目的探讨血液净化专科护士培训的方法及效果,为进一步提高培训质量提供依据。方法采用分阶段集中式培训,学习周期1年,包括理论和临床实践。培训2年后对51名专科护士进行问卷调查,了解其工作现状。结果 51名学员均获得专科护士毕业证书,合格率100%。培训后专科护士在理论知识、临床带教及论文写作等方面能力显著提高;存在科研能力发展受限,岗位职责不明确等问题。结论培训合格的血液净化专科护士在临床实践、健康教育、带教等领域发挥积极作用,但受科研水平、专科岗位设置等因素影响,其核心能力有待进一步提高。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of training for blood purification specialist nurses, and to provide a basis for further improving the quality of training. Methods A phased centralized training with a one-year learning cycle,including theoretical and clinical practice. After 2 years of training, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 51 specialist nurses to understand their current status. Results All 51 trainees obtained the diploma of specialist nurses, and the pass rate was 100%. After the training, the specialized nurses’ ability in theoretical knowledge, clinical teaching and dissertation writing was significantly improved;there were problems such as limited development of scientific research capabilities and unclear job responsibilities. Conclusion The training of qualified blood purification specialist nurses plays an active role in clinical practice, health education, teaching and other fields, but its core competence needs to be further improved due to factors such as the level of scientific research and the setting of specialized posts.
